    Standing limitations

The ceiling over EVAD cannot be measured. No observation exists for the field and the nearest one does not stand in for it - EVRA can sit under 800 ft overcast while EVAD is clear. Cloud figures here are model estimates read beside low-cloud coverage.

NOTAM is not checked. The Adazi military training area adjoins the field, so that check is mandatory before every flight and it stays manual - ais.lgs.lv serves the list behind a login.

Sunrise and sunset are computed rather than taken from the AIP tables. They are good to about a minute, but the AIP is the authority and the tables are not wired in yet.

Wind from 200-270 true is the worst case here: near perpendicular to 15/33 and off the hangar row, so it arrives broken. A steady crosswind reported from that sector is optimistic, and the on-field sensor under-reads it.

This scores the home field only, for local VFR day flying. It is a screening tool, not a brief.
